Women, Violence and Literacy Learning: Impacts and Options. Course developer and instructor of graduate course, Ontario Institute for Studies Education/University of Toronto, Summer 2004 face-to-face, Summer 2005, Spring 2007 online.
VALTA – Violence and learning: Taking action. Course developer and facilitator (with Judy Murphy and Mary Norton) for online course for adult literacy and community learning facilitators, Alberta Research in Practice in Adult Literacy Network (RiPAL) and Literacy Coordinators of Alberta. October 2002-November 2003.
Women, violence and adult education project. Lead trainer. Designed and delivered (with Elizabeth Morrish and Judy Hofer) two Public Institutes and three two-day trainings for course participants. World Education. Boston, Massachussetts, 1999-2002.
Women’s Success Course. Course developer for 6 month long course for women adult literacy learners with experiences of violence. Parkdale Project Read, Toronto, 1999.
