This video ,created for staff in shelters for women and children escaping violence, gives you an introduction to my approach. People who have experienced violence don’t need fixing, we are not damaged, our brilliant brains helped us survive difficult circumstances. Now to learn what we choose, when we choose, we might need to help our brain to see that conditions have changed. The video is 13 minutes long:
